Suites:	Advance reservations are highly recommended. Individual reservations are confirmed by charging your credit card a deposit equal to the first night’s room rate (plus applicable taxes) for each room booked. We accept Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
	If you are redeeming a gift certificate of The Sunnyside Sisters Bed and Breakfast, please provide the certificate number in the “promo code” box on the online form OR call us to book so we can apply it to your deposit before any credit card charges. Balances for additional nights will be collected upon your arrival.
	Some holiday, peak season and special event weekends require a two-night minimum stay as indicated on our availability calendar. Posted rates are subject to change without notice. Rates include double-occupancy guestroom and full breakfast for two. Rates do not include applicable tax or gratuites.
Cancellations:	If a reservation is cancelled at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, you have the following 2 options: We will charge a $25 cancellation fee per room: And refund the balance of your deposit. If you prefer, your full deposit will be converted to a cancellation certificate you can apply to a future stay. Please tell which option you want when you cancel. Please note that this voucher is for one-time use and if you must cancel, regardless of the moment of cancellation, the amount of the total booking will be forfeited. We do reserve the right to give you a new voucher if you cancel. But that is for us to decide. Voucher is not exchangeable for cash
	When a cancellation is made 14 days or less in advance of your arrival date, you are responsible for the entire cost of your cancelled reservation unless your room(s) rebook for your cancelled dates. If your room nights rebook for your cancelled dates, you have the following 2 options, We will charge a $25 cancellation fee per room: And refund the balance of your deposit. If you prefer, your full deposit will be converted to a cancellation certificate you can apply to a future stay. Please tell which option you want when you cancel. 	Failure to cancel your reservation (no shows) will result in charges for all nights of your reserved stay. Cancellation requests are always confirmed by the innkeeper via e-mail. Important: please call us if you do not receive ab e-mail confirmation of your cancellation within 24 hours. your reservation remains in effect until you receive a cancellation e-mail
Group Reservations & Cancellations	Group reservations at The Sunnyside Sisters Bed & Breakfast (more than three rooms OR more than 6 room nights booked together) require a 50% non-refundable advance deposit, with balance collected at check-in. If the entire reservation is cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice, there are no additional charges. If the cancellation is made with less than 30 days’ notice, the entire balance due for the stay will be charged.
	We recommend you purchase vacation trip insurance through a Travel or a similar company of your choice, if you do not want to accept the risk of incurring cancellation charges due to personal or family emergencies, etc.
Check-in:	The Sunnyside Sisters Bed & Breakfast: As an owner-operated B&B, we do not have staff to man a full-time front desk like a larger hotel. Therefore, the B&B is closed during the afternoon while we are cleaning, doing maintenance, running errands, etc. for all 5 of our rooms. We offer the following check-in options for our Sunnyside Sisters guests:
	Personal check-in and orientation between 4 p.m. and 6 pm. Innkeepers are available to greet you, answer questions, assist with luggage, etc. during this time.
	Early Personal check-in between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sundays through Fridays if pre-arranged at least one day in advance. You can order the “Early Check-in” option ($50) by adding it to your online reservation if checking in on Sundays through Fridays. If you find you need an early arrival and didn’t order it at the time of your reservation, please call us at least one day before your arrival date so we can add it to your reservation and set it up for your early arrival.
	Personal Late check-in is always available after 6 p.m. (Beteen 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.) for your convenience when your schedule does allow you to arrive earlier. If you plan to arrive after 6 pm, please indicate your estimated arrival time on the reservation form. The late check-in procedure will be described in your confirmation letter. You can order the “Late Check-in” option ($50) by adding it to your online reservation
Check-out:	Check-out is by 11 a.m. for all guests.
Children:	The Sunnyside Sisters B&B is an adult oriented bed & breakfast where guests come to experience a peaceful & tranquil visit. Unfortunately the presence of young children, toddlers and infants is not conducive to this experience most often resulting in disappointment and discomfort for everyone involved. We don’t have extra beds. Which implies that with 2 adults and 2 children above the age of 16 years, you will have to book 2 rooms.
Pets:	Because our B&B is not yet ready to accomodate pets, pets are not allowed for now. This may change in the future.
Smoking:	We have a smoke free Bed and Breakfast. For smoking we refer to our designated outdoor areas. A $250 cleaning fee will be imposed for smoke odor removal, if necessary.
Other:	Any keys mistakenly taken must be returned. $25 per set will be charged to your credit card if not returned Any missing items or damage to property will be charged to your credit card.
Cancellation:	Please confirm your plans prior to making your reservation. We are a small B&B, and cancellations affect us significantly. We cannot be responsible for rooms due to late or canceled airline flights, family emergencies, threat of bad weather or other travel-related mishaps or changes in plans, which may shorten your stay. While we do empathize, we must maintain our policy. Insurance is available to protect against any unexpected events through such companies as travelguard.com. Our policy is to never overbook rooms. When we reserve a room for you, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and guarantee to hold it for the nights you reserved. We are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
